“The house is a a 3-bedroom with an attached studio apartment, so 4 total bedrooms and 2 kitchens. Had plenty of room for th whole family and 3 full bathrooms. Very nice.”

“A very nice husband and wife team here. We were given the right amount of space in Monticello, Florida. ”

“Hi Steve we had a great time at your home. Memories were made and the house was perfect for our family. We had a lot of cousin time with 17 at one time on Sunday. “The home is so welcoming. Plenty of games to play. We absolutely love the pool. The kitchen was big enough for all the women in the house cooking meals. The location was the best. Nothing was really very far from the house yet we were in a nice neighborhood surrounded by trees. Making it feel as if we were far away from city life. The hostess texted to ensure we were doing ok. And if we did need her she answered quickly. Definitely would stay here again. ”

“Very nice house ”

“My family and I stayed here for a few nights while traveling to another location and really enjoyed the home. It is in a perfect location with lots of extras in the home. Homeowner was very easy to work and responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely suggest staying here. out of .”

“This place worked perfect to visit some family. Would stay again.”

“Home is actually a duplex( with an interior door between units, our neighbor advised us to keep this locked) and without blinds on the kitchen window it lacks full privacy since the kithen is exposed to adjoing unit in foyer. Tha kitchen had all new appliances including a double stove but was poorly provisioned. The unit accomodates 6 adults but had 2 plates, no bakeware, no pots, and the silverware was missing knives ( but there were steak knives.)The deck was nice but there were no chairs……

“This house was perfect! The communication with the host was superb. All the room we had and cleanliness was awesome. I would love this house for myself lol. We were in town for my daughter‘s graduation from FSU. Our friends and family had plenty of room to move around and visit. I would definitely recommend this property for any group, including adults, children and grandparents.”

“When we arrived at the property it was already occupied. I was charged on 5/5/2025 for the booking and am now unable to get a refund due to supposedly the late cancelation. Which was unforeseen since i did noy know it was unavailable till the moment i went to check in.”
