“A cottage that beckons you to come in, make yourself at home, & RELAX. My high-school foreign exchange students 2 girls (N. Macedonia & Kyrgyzstan) & 2 boys (Taiwan & Kazakhstan), the host father of the girl from Kyrgyzstan, & I were in Tallahassee to visit the Capitol & see the legislature in session. Anxious to get inside, the students streamed back out, exclaiming how beautiful & nice the house is inside "How did you find it!?" Phenomenal, homemade, healthy bars & lovely, handwritten words……

“We booked this property mainly because of the HUGE fenced in yard it has. There was a welcome basket with treats for our pups that they *very* much enjoyed. Plenty of towels, super comfortable beds, and over all a comfortable stay. I would recommend this house to anyone. ”

“This house was perfect for our family! It was in a great neighborhood, which was quiet and had friendly neighbors. The location was perfect for us. We seemed to be 15 minutes from anywhere in the city. The house was very clean and new! The beds were very comfortable. ”

“The home was just as described and has a wonderful sunroom which was a pleasant surprise. The backyard area provides some of north Floridas beautiful azalea plants as well as a covered area to shelter from the fabled Florida showers. Beds were extremely comfortable and clean. The showers have great water pressure. Host provided clear communication. Will stay again our next visit to see family.”

“Our family Stayed here for our daughter's graduation from FSU. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The home was clean and spacious for the 5 of us. We particularly enjoyed the back deck in the mornings listening to and watching the surrounding nature. It was very peaceful and a beautiful way to start the day. We had excellent Communication with Sam and Maria with prompt responses of our inquiries. Sam and Maria's place is close enough to visit campus in a short drive and all of the restaurants……
