“We had a great stay! The host communicated very well and made everything easy from start to finish. The house was clean and well-maintained, with all recreational equipment available and in good condition. The grill and kitchen appliances worked perfectly, and the beds were comfortable. The view is beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The only small suggestion would be to replace the bath towels with newer ones—but overall, everything was excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay……

I enjoyed the kayaks, and caught some nice sea trout and redfish. Peaceful and quiet, saw an alligator, and enjoyed watching the dolphins play and feed from the balcony. Perfect for two mostly retired couples to get together for a reunion.”

“The overall property was excellent. There were a few problems with broken furniture, but communication with the property manager was good. They need regular coffee pots in rentals and better pillows. Please feel free to bring your pillow and a regular coffee pot, coffee, sugar, etc... Their pillows are hard as rocks. The property is centrally located to food, shopping, and FSU stadium. Steve is a great communicator. Would stay again, now we know what to bring or not to bring..... ”

“I visited my daughter and husband. We attended an art and musical festival downtown and St George Island. We shopped and ate some great food too. The best thing about the trip was visiting my family and the location to my family was unbeatable. ”
