“Nice little place close to shopping and college. ”

“We came down for a tour of Florida State University. The location was great. The cottage was clean and very nice. The rental process was very easy and the owners were very responsive when we chatted with them. I would definitely recommend this home and I hope it's available again when we return for the next steps at FSU. ”

“The inside space was good for our big family however, the yard/patio area was not usable due to high grass and unmaintained patio furniture. Our kids did plan on playing in the yard so that was a little disappointing. The AC/thermostat was also an issue as it had presets that would raise the temperature high during the day. This caused us to come back to a hot house. The bathroom with the walk in shower was a little bit of a hazard as well. When walking into the bathroom, the flooring in the……

“We had a great stay! The host communicated very well and made everything easy from start to finish. The house was clean and well-maintained, with all recreational equipment available and in good condition. The grill and kitchen appliances worked perfectly, and the beds were comfortable. The view is beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The only small suggestion would be to replace the bath towels with newer ones—but overall, everything was excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay……

“The layout was great and accommodated our large group of family in town for FSU graduation very well. We fixed meals in the kitchen which was pretty well supplied. The setting was gorgeous and the ramp was very helpful for one grandmother that uses a walker. Overall, great place!!”

“Our family stayed here for Spring Weekend at FSU. House is adequate but dated. Master bed was uncomfortable. Kitchen has all necessary equipment. We did not use the pool (needed a good cleaning), Fire pit was stocked with wood, but we did not have time to use it. Parking for 3 vehicles in driveway. We would stay here again. ”
