The rental process was very easy and the owners were very responsive when we chatted with them. “This is a lovely home in a quiet, family oriented development. The house was clean, nicely furnished and stocked with everything we needed for cooking (including a grill), laundry and beach time. I like to enjoy the beach from under an umbrella but here, a palm tree provided plenty of shade. The water's edge is truly just a few steps from the house. We walked a couple of blocks to the bay side, seeing beautiful homes, boats and gardens. This area is apparently a fishing haven.The views from the……

“This little duplex was the perfect place to spend the weekend in Tally. The property has everything you need and is the center of everything. It includes lots of little touches and extras that a lot of rentals miss. If you’re ever in Tallahassee and need a clean comfortable and a affordable home base, this is it!”

“Very comfortable home with plenty of room. Easy check in and checkout. Great location right on Lake Bradford.Great Kitchen, Living area. Pool needed cleaning and gas grill was non operable. Would recommend home for large family and group.”
