“We found the house to be very cute with 2 master bedrooms with complete bathrooms in both, kitchen and living room in the middle. We did not bring our doggie but the fenced in yard was clean and looked very safe to let your dog go out into. Large Florida room had a dining table for 6 and a twin bed for a nap for my mom. We fished from the beach behind the house. Highly recommend. ”

“This house is huge with a big fenced in backyard and very quiet location! The beach is 3 minute drive or a 20 minute walk, but very private, clean with a big fire pit and chairs to use! The house has everything and again, is huge! I don't know how many bedrooms there were, but each one had a big bed with nice fresh linens! Can't say enough about this place! Oh, the town is great too with friendly people and lots of hiking trails!”

“The home was very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. We all remarked that the beds were very comfortable! Phil and Rebekah were very accommodating and Phil checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed! We saw a stingray and some dolphins made an appearance the last day we were there. ”

“Upon our arrival we were greeted by the quaint cottage. Once inside we were enveloped by a warmth that you could feel from the purposeful thought out accommodations that were available. From the letter left in the type writer, the wealth of books, the snacks and beverages in the fridge and the table with chocolates and wine on the bed. Our experience was wonderful and when we are in the area again you can be sure that we will stay with here again!”

“Our yearly vacation with our family was awesome. The house was gorgeous and more than we could’ve ever asked for. We loved it. Close to the beaches close to the boat ramp and had a dock. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and living area were huge. and at 72 I really enjoyed having an elevator to use.”
