“First trip for the grandbabies. The beach was close and no one else was on the beach except us. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. Owner responded quickly with any questions i had. Very nice stay.”

“We enjoyed and needed this respite from the hustle and bustle of life. The property was beautiful and such a peaceful setting overlooking the bay and the marsh. We brought our kayak and enjoyed paddling up the little inlet and out into the bay. The dog enjoyed the stay as well. The fenced in front yard was convenient. The home was comfortable and clean. ”

“The house is amazing. The views are terrific. The screened in porch was the favorite hangout for everyone. It is in a secluded area so it is a drive to get to anything so be prepared for that, but the house had everything we needed.The only problem we had was not being able to run the A/C as low as we would have liked. No lower than 70 but we are very hot nature so it would probably be fine for most people.”

“Tiki House is a fantastic place to stay if you are looking to unplug from daily life. The owners are very friendly and responsive. The home is very comfortable from the beds to the furniture. The outdoor living area was our favorite part and the seating area under the house is practically on the beach with an incredible view. The beach head bathroom is very convenient too. Our ONLY suggestion would be improved cookware and everyday drinkware in the kitchen.Our kids enjoyed the vast selection of……

“Amazing views and peaceful area. Good restaurants nearby. Owner is fantastic and very attentive. Lots of space for everyone. Three flights of stairs to main area gets your cardio in but worth it. Beach/water shoes are a must as there is a line of rocks at the waterline. When the tide goes out you can walk for a hundred yards and see amazing sea critters. ”

“I had the opportunity to travel to this wonderful property with my mother and three boys. We were in need of a relaxing vacation, and this was exactly what we were looking for! We spent some time at the beach every day, enjoyed the property grounds, and relaxed! We did visit the Gulf Specimen Aquarium as well as two restaurants- the Salty Donkey and Tropical Trader. Allison was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. I would absolutely recommend this beautiful slice of Florida to any of……

“Very clean and a great location. Check in was not a problem a nice cold air-conditioning throughout. The two main floor toilets are very slow to flush, but did work. Typically, we see kitchens a little better outfitted with good knives and pans than this location. The home appears to have settled some from previous storms and the doors tend to hang up and make a lot of noise inside. Difficult to be quiet getting up at night. Would’ve loved to have had a second shower or bath other than the sand……

“Everything was fine, the cabin is the cutest. The driveway was very rough and using the stove triggered the alarm. Other than that, very nice.”

“Maria is a super responsive and empathetic host. She was very accommodating. Now to the home, its in a beautiful calm setting and has wonderful views. Its a true home away from home. Home setting is super relaxing. Take care of the home so we can keep renting. ”
