“Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Places to eat and market at walking distance. Minor things to get fixed but it was communicated prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, by mistake we missed to follow the instructions for linen and put them in the washer, but the landlord was very helpful and understanding. We totally recommend this place. “There are several issues we encountered with the property. The biggest problem I had was that the condo reeks dog urine and smells like pets. There is absolutely NO service and as a mother I have to be able to contact my children. The property is located down a long dark road without any lights making it difficult to even see. The condo describes 2 king size beds- that is false. There is one king size bed and the second bed which could be a queen size is two twin beds pushed together so it can’t……

“I had a wonderful week at this property, despite the weather not cooperating as Florida weather is supposed to. It was serene and relaxing to sit overlooking the river. I enjoyed biking, kayaking, and hiking, all with my German Shepherd. Carolyn was an excellent hostess, very attentive and easy to communicate with. St. Mark's Retreat was just what I was looking for.
