The location of the house is perfect for us... away from hustle and bustle, yet within short driving distance to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Adam is the perfect host. If there is an issue, he immediately addresses it. While the house is not fancy or ornate, it is exactly what you should expect in a beach house. Perfectly furnished and a well stocked kitchen. “I booked this home for a quick weekend getaway for my birthday. I wanted something on the water but not packed with tourists. The waterfront view coupled with the large screened-in porch was very nice. The house was as listed and had everything we needed for the stay. It is in close proximity (walking distance) to several of the local restaurants and a store. There were many species of song and water birds on the property and the bonus to the weekend was seeing a leucistic (white) squirrel in……

We were impressed with the dedication Melissa, the owner, has to her goats and all her animals; and her willingness to share her knowledge and her passion for her goats. And we cannot not mention Toby, her incredible dog, I believe a white possibly Newfoundland, who greeted us so graciously in the morning. ”
