“The place is a daylight basement apartment in a quite neighborhood. The Host was extremely responisve. There are 2 things to be aware of. There is no thermostat downstairs. May not normally a problem, but it was unusually cold for Seattle and rto cold to sit when we got there, so we turned on he fireplace and the space heater, and the owners turned on the upstairs heat, which also serciced the appt, as well. “Perfect home for multi generational families. Pictures match the listing. Listing shows a hot tub but there is not. There is, however, a jetted whirlpool tub in master bedroom. Listing shows bunk beds but it is a trundle daybed in the loft/hallway. Even though a stairlift is on the property there are still a lot of stairs in this home and on outside of property. This home is not handicapped accessible. This home is very well appointed and a higher quality. The view is amazing. ”
