“Alert Bay is a very nice very scenic costal community with lots of history. Gordie’s is right in the middle of it all, right on the water with excellent views of the ocean, sunsets are incredible. Food at the restaurant…the seafood linguine was amazing, sooo good! The room didn’t have a TV but who cares, things to look at were everywhere ”

“Thank you to Will, for upgrading us to an ocean view room, where we could sit on the deck and admire the stunning ocean view. The complementary breakfast was substantial, again with fantastic views. Dinner in the restaurant was convenient and delicious. We highly recommend the Nimkish Hotel”

“It is a nice little place well kept and clean. The staff was great and very friendly. Just a couple things tho. The beds we found a bit hard and not that comfy, also breakfast didn't open till 9am. A bit late for people wanting to get on with their day.”

“Had a fantastic stay, enjoyed the view of the harbour and some mountains. Had a delicious breakfast that was included. Only down side to the building is you could hear people walking on the upper levels but after 11pm it was very quiet.”
