“Great location. Very busy property. Lovely amenities and new rooms. Fabulous buffet. However the elevators were not working properly and only one was functioning. It made for a long wait. Also my niece and her baby came to visit and discovered there is no change table in the lobby restroom. With the long wait for the elevator to go to my room it was an ordeal. Also the elevator issue is a chronic problem I was told by a guest who had stated there multiple times. ”

“I stayed at this hotel for three (3) nights. I arrived at 2:30 AM, and I was immediately checked-in. This hotel was quiet, but it was packed during some of my nights. I had no issues with the free wi-fi, the television, the shower water, and the air temperature. There was a lot of available parking. A Boston Pizza was right next to this hotel, and Highway-1 was also within an easy reach. The breakfast was outrageous, and l ate some foods, to include: bananas, waffles, bagels, hash-browns, eggs,……

“Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消， 但我們已經去到了， 便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。 房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。 只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適， 房間只有一個USB插頭充電。 洗手間廁紙有待改善， 是薄紙張不吸水的。 吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水， 早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。 整體來說十分滿分有八分”

“We had a nice stay, the only thing was the shower, not pressure at all. I think they’re was something wrong with it. My sister stayed in another room and her’s was all good.”

“Mostly the Lobby was noisy, but it certainly wasn't easy to get where we wanted to go with ease or wiithout a great deal of expense.”
