“Single night stop passing through. Stayed in the same room 15 years earlier when it was the Gold Beach Resort. Hasnt changed. Everything worked, some wear and tear, but generally amenable. Included hot breakfast was good, daughter made her first waffle by herself, highlight of her trip. Staff friendly, weather cooperated; however, no air conditioning or fans in the room, so plan accordingly in high heat conditions. Water pressure was on the soft side, so expect longer runtime for proper rinsing.……

“This unique cottage in a quiet neighborhood provides a lovely view of the ocean with the calming sound of distant breakers. The double mattress is very soft, and we noticed a few ants in the kitchen but the home was otherwise clean and well equipped. A moderate walk (or short drive) down the hill takes you to a wonderful little cove with rocky outcrops to explore or just watch the waves crash for hours. Simply delightful.”
