Main house is short/long term rental, so others on the property but segmented well so both parties have privacy. Directions to beach: Walk to end of driveway and take a left…walk all the way down to the end of the street to the dead end (about 15 minutes) and you’ll see a sign with beach access next to a turn out for parking.”

“We spent one week at this incredible home above the ocean in Gold Beach. It was absolutely beautiful in every way ! We really appreciated the artsy home with interesting things everywhere. The outdoor shower with hot water was lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub daily and BBQ. Really nice washer & dryer so we could enjoy clean towels. The kitchen is super well stocked with pots, pans ,dishes, appliances etc…( even spices) so we made dinner every night. We were blessed with gorgeous weather to top off……

“Communication on how to check in was awful. I received an email "here are your keys" but nothing about how to get in. Got there and there was a lock box but we never got a code. Side door was open (lock is broken) so we got in but could see people were living there... very scary. Contacted vrbo and found out that our rental was actually around the side of the garage (not in sight). So we were in somebody else's house. The host needs to have separate addresses for the two places like A and B, and……
