“Clean, convenient and welcoming ”

“Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. No climate control of the rental unit. The bed was……

“We were attending my niece's wedding. Our stay was located in the beautiful countryside yet quick access to places to eat. Our apartment was decorated so cute and for the season. Very, Very clean and I would stay again!”

“I was very pleased with the property location. It was close to my family that I was visiting and walking distance to many restaurants. The property description was accurate and the accommodations were comfortable. The reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is there were multiple bulbs burned out in the light fixtures, some stains on the couch, and because I was not given all the correct codes to access the property in my check in instructions (there are 2 and I was only given 1). “I'll say up front that I should have looked closer at the listing. We were trying to be close to family. So, location sold us on it. Pros: This property is in a good location/quiet street. The unit itself was clean. The double bed was comfortable The communication/check-in/etc. were all ok. Cons: On-street parking is challenging. The property is in an old building and it shows. The unit has been painted, but it still felt very run-down. Common/Entry hallway smelled of tobacco ... ”

“I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out……
