“The gentleman in the office was very nice & professional. The room could use some repair, especially the bathroom door. I was pleased with the comfortable bed and the full size shamoo, conditioner & shower gel dispensers in the shower. Loved the big towels too!”

“Hotel precisando de manutenção (pintura descascada no banheiro, por exemplo). São bastante empenhados na limpeza. O problema é que os hóspedes teimam em fumar nós quartos, aí o cheiro é horrível. Por ser um hotel bem barato, tinha gente que parecia que residia ali. Frequência pouco amigável. A vantagem é que tinha uma bancada com pia de cozinha e uma geladeira grande, que permitia fazer as refeições com conforto. Quarto grande. Camareiras amigáveis e empenhadas na limpeza.”

“Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark.
