“We loved our stay at the Omni. Room was specious and comfy. The pool was lovely and they showed a movie some nights. Nice adjacent bar. Housekeeping was diligent about checking and leaving necessities like toilet paper and water when we declined service. Staff was friendly. Loved walking out the door and right into the RiverWalk! ”

“The Kimpton Santo in San Antonio was a beautiful hotel inside and out that was very clean. The staff at the Kimpton were very friendly and accomodating. Entire hotel smelled great and the beds were super comfortable in the room. We loved that the hotel was very pet friendly. In addition to it be very accommodating for pets, there was no additional charge. (We brought our rottweiler and he loved it.) Hotel is close to everything in a very safe area. Only a 10 minute walk to the Riverwalk, Alamo,……

“New property. Excellent service. Valet was expensive but very prompt. Overall I would highly recommend. ”

“The hotel was under renovation and it was a mess. In the early hours of the morning, there were renovation trucks pulling things, which woke me up twice. In addition, there is no central air conditioning. The sound is too loud and makes it difficult to sleep. Very bad experience.”
