“This is a great place to fish and be comfortable. We had our family from Hammond come out and visit and fish before the holidays. It was very comfy and felt like home. The fishing access was perfect, right out the door, right off the dock. Beautiful scenic days and nights, loved the outside lighting on the dock and stairs. ”

“Good location. It was more quient than expected because it is across the road from a school so I figured there would be alot fo traffic noise but there wasn't. House was very clean and well maintained. ”

“Overall it was great! The house is just lovely and fit my family of 7 perfectly. The bedrooms, the dinning room table was perfect for all of us to sit around. We lost power and the host got on it right away and it was fixed in no time. I do wish some of the responses were a little quicker but with that being said I also know everyone has a life and can be busy. I wish there were a few more check out details. 5 stars all the way and we would definitely stay again if we are in the area. ……

“We had a wonderful stay at this cabin on the river. We even got to fish. Awesome outdoor setup to hang out with the family. Would surely recommend for a getaway. Also not very far to grab anything you need from town, and we had groceries delivered! Very clean, everything as described.”

“Bill and Anna were amazing hosts and we loved staying at this house! It was close to the LSU campus, but far enough out to not have to deal with a lot of traffic and noise when we got back at night. I’m sure we’ll be staying there again when we go up for games, etc! ”

“Our stay was flawless. The host, Blake, checked in after we arrived to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. Very few VRBO's would put in that kind of effort to make sure you were happy. The kitchen was supplied with any and everything you could need to make a meal. The was a coffee maker with pods provided and even sugar to sweeten it up. Laundry was next to the kitchen with pods provided. Bathrooms were supplied with starter shampoo and soap, in case you forgot. Plenty of……
