“There was great communication with the owner. Our 7 and 8 year old had a blast in the community with a splash pad, pools, playground, arcade, concert (free) the first night we got there. There is a train that you had to get used to but we adapted. It was our girls first time fishing and they stock the pond every 3 years and we saw lots of people catching fish.
