“We had a great stay at the Funky Turtle. The house was clean and just enough space for my family of 5. The house is close to campground bathrooms if the occasional extra bathroom is needed. We enjoyed the fire pit, use of the grill, and sitting on the porch. Our only complaint is about the noise but it was clear from the map that the campground was located near an interstate. “I wish I could give more stars. This is probably the most comfortable house I've ever rented over the years. Nicely decorated with simple but good taste. Conveniently organized, well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed including the Keurig coffee maker. My daughter rented this house last year and was in the house next door with her family this time. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. ”

“The location was PERFECT. Just a 5 minute walk down a sandy path to a beautiful beach and Lake Michigan! The tiny cottage was perfect for two people. The bed however is very very hard. If you’re young you’d be okay, but us older folks don’t do well on firm beds lolOther than that our weekend stay was perfect!”

“This house was perfect for our son and his lab! Close to the marina where we were staying. The fenced on backyard was great for the dog. The back yard had a grill that we did not use this time also looked like a great area for a family get together. Mathew was an attentive host”
