“This ski cabin was more than expected and perfect for our family of 5. It looks to have a tankless water heater, and I don’t think we ever “ran out” of hot water if that’s possible. The sauna and steam shower were both amazing. The beds and furnishings were all comfortable, and the kitchen fully stocked. The upper loft bedroom had a bunkbed and double or queen. Plenty of different spaces to relax or work if needed. The outdoor grill was in great shape in a covered space out of the rain. Located……

“This was an amazing property and worked out great for my family!! The hot tub was the cherry on top!!”

“We loved how remote we felt, even with surounding neighbors on most side views in the windows. The cozy cabin was clean and it felt like home as soon as we walked in. Everything was well maintained and for a first timer in Alaska and renting a cabin, we were really impressed. Would recommend highly. Probably the only dificulty was getting the key from the lock box, we had to play with it a little bit. But I guess thats a good thing. We werent prepared enough to bring blankets so we used the one……

“Never checked in. Waited 45 minutes for someone to show up after “Bill” told us Elizabeth would be there in 15 minutes. Outside property was a mess and looked more like a junk yard than anything resembling accommodations. Filed complaint with VRBO and waiting to hear back about a full refund. Had to find another place to stay on very short notice. This listing should be pulled off your site. ”

“I can't begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our accommodations in Girdwood. Pat and Lynne were wonderful hosts. The property was just perfect for myself, the wife and our 10 year old. We utilized it as our home base as we skied Alyeska for 3 days. It's close enough to everything Girdwood has to offer. Everything is just a mile or two away. “This house was very clean and comfortable. Great place for a small group or even one person to stay. All info on house access was provided on time and there was nothing left to question. I would 100% stay there again. Being super picky about it, I really wish there was an end table by the couch.”
