“Very unclear check-in instructions. Got you to the key great but failed beyond that. Only one set of keys and you need one to even get in the building. Reason stated was ‘keys are lost’- this is part of the cost of running a rental. Listing said laundry - was coin operated in building but never mentioned this detail in listing or documentation. This is NOT a 2 BR. It’s a 1 BR with a loft- loft next to BR so there is basically no privacy for that bed. Finally the one bathroom and both beds are on……

“The town was great to visit! I arrived in the rain and getting into the condo was no piece of cake. Although the host warns about the key access issue, it us after the booking, so a bit frustrating:( The key would not open the 2nd floor door so i had to carry luggage in rain to get to first floor to access the 2nd gloor”
