“Once you book the property, going through the registration process is a nightmare. Then as you arrive and leave with the property, it is quite an inconvenience to have to go in and out with the gate remote control, which is in the property. ”

“Wir waren Mitte Oktober zur "Nebensaison" auf Sardinien und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Das Haus ist super mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Wir waren total begeistert und konnten unseren Urlaub sehr genießen. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung war sehr gut. Von uns eine ganz klare Weiterempfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“We arrived late, and first impressions were not good - rubbish and recycling left outside the apartments at night, very basic kitchen (only hobs and fridge, no oven, grill, toaster or kettle) and cupboard doors not closing properly. The bathroom was also very small with old plumbing. In addition, the a/c (which we paid for) was only in the sitting area, but there were electric fans in the bedrooms. However, everything worked OK, it was clean, with newish linen and towels, and we had a nice big……
