“Nice breakfast view , nice lounge bar , no complimentary bottle water in room . the spa is small and old ,guests using has to pay eur30 ,concierge attending at 4:00pm actually came at 5:00pm ”

“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

Cuando estuvimos en su terraza bar, nos dimos cuenta que a algunos huéspedes les daban una bebida de bienvenida y cuando preguntamos porque a nosotros no nos la habían ofrecido nos dijeron que porque no habíamos reservado directamente con el hotel ”

“Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen :) das Frühstück ist ausreichend um gut in den Tag zu starten. Die Anlage wurde täglich gepflegt, ist sehr sauber und schön anzusehen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und sehr bemüht. Es gibt einen guten Parkplatz für den Mietwagen, ohne diesen ist man etwas abseits. Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.”

“We enjoyed 2 nights here. The front desk staff was fantastic. We liked the private resort which had amazing grounds including pools, and the beach/rocks. The pool/beach chair scenario is very undesireable. They ask you not "save" chairs but everyones gets up at the crack of dawn and goes down to throw their stuff on chairs and then proceed to leave for hours. We just went to the beach and put our towels in the sand, or on a portable chair if available when we were ready to get in the sun. We ate……

We couldn’t find the resort late at night and they sent a staff member to drive to where we were and escort us to our hotel. They also let us check out and still use the pool and even offered us to use the spa showers as our flight was later in the evening. Highly recommend this lovely property. We will be back!”
