“La estancia en general ha sido buena. Lo mejor el trato del personal. Atento y amable. Nuno nos ayudó dándonos algún consejo para el viaje, como visitar Matosinho y la visita a una fabrica de sardinas de Pinha & Cia.
El apartahotel esta bastante bien con buenas instalaciones. Se veian apartamentos muy amplios. El nuestro era algo más pequeñito, suficiente.
Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que el frigo estaba estropeado. Pero al menos nos dejaron guardar la botella de vino de bienvenida en la nevera……

“We were a group of 7 women celebrating a 40th birthday. Natacha was the kindest host and even helped us arrange a grocery delivery ahead of our arrival. The accommodation is spacious and has all the things you might need for a great stay including hairdryers, bath robes, beach towels etc. It is very well equipped. We used the pool which was clean and surrounded by grass. We went into and out of Porto using Ubers which were cheap and readily available. We enjoyed a walk along the boardwalk at the……

“Perfect location. 🙂 Great loft on two floors with free parking on the street (if you’re lucky to find a spot right in front of the door like we were), exterior pool (Wow!), complete kitchen and washing machine. What more can you ask for? And I’m not talking about the warm welcome we received from the owner (Diego), complete with several very relevant recommendations on restaurants and tours. A+”

“What an absolutely amazing view of the fireworks for São João and such an amazing view of the city. We were able to easily walk into Porto every single day and enjoy the beautiful banks that we were on also. We found ourselves consistently looking to see if we can find the property from the other bank and I just felt special when we did that. Incredibly clean, beautiful furniture, the host clearly loves what he does. I would be back here immediately!”

“Nous sommes content de l'espace de l’appartement et de sa situation dans la ville, la description est OK et l'appartement refait à neuf est plutôt joli.
Mais nous avons des difficultés pendant notre séjour avec l’électricité.
A notre arrivée (un samedi soir) nous avons lancé TV+Plaque+ Four faisant disjoncté le système de l'appartement. (Il faut en fait attendre une minute avec le disjoncteur éteint pour pouvoir relancer le tout). Nous n'avions aucune info sur la remise en route pas de contact……

Decent hotel, rooms for improvement for F&B
"The hotel is in good condition. The breakfast/dining area is nicely organized as well. The room is a bit on the smaller side though so we are lucky we packed light. The kettle was quite tiny, I mean it looks cute for sure but could be bigger.
The breakfast was so-so. While breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30am on weekdays and 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends, we were surprised that the warm breakfast items already ran out around 9am and the supposedly warm food was cold at times. The best item was the veggies, we love it a lot but you have to get there early because it always runs out!
We are gutted that we didn’t get the chance to try out the hotel’s restaurant during our stay. We initially planned to try it out on Saturday night but we only found out the restaurant was closed that evening… I think communication could have been better.
Overall, the reception and housekeeping staffs are pleasant and helpful. There was one housekeeping staff in particular (not sure about her name) but she always has a big smile on her face and was so cheerful, it was refreshing to see!"

"The room is spacious and clean.
However, we are having unreasonable charge of one night without our consent. We paid for 2 nights and our credit card had been charged for the 2 nd night and we were found out this debit on our Visa card later.
Not until our second email to the hotel that the management team explained this is a system error. We have very unpleasant stay with this issue."
