“A really nice place with a great host. The room was spacious and in perfect condition. Nothing was missing. The host was very kind and attentive. The place has no private parking. There is a public parking right in front of the building for 80ct./hour. The beach is at 7min walking distance and it is beautiful.”

“Excellent service from the time we checked in until we checked out. Extremely clean property and quality service from every member of their staff. I Highly recommend this property. ”

“Great location and possibly the most comfortable bed I've had on vacation in a very long while. Staff were very friendly, and breakfast was a decent selection. We were 2 minutes away from the main square with plenty of restaurants to choose from (although many were starting to close for holiday by mid-October). The beach is also easily accessible by foot, about 15 minutes mainly by stairs.”

“La posizione è strepitosa, non vediamo l'ora di ritornare per un soggiorno più lungo. Cemere, servizio, vista e comfort sono di alto livello. Siamo stati molto felici durante il nostro soggiorno qui.”

“The hotel was very convenient to find off of the highway. The parking was excellent and we were able to drive downtown directly from the hotel. The room was large and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was awesome.”

“Ad un passo dal centro di Macerata (50 mt. da Piazza Mazzini) c’è questo piccolo b&b situato al primo piano di un palazzo “d’epoca” che ho trovato pulito ed accogliente, come Simone il proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile. Ho dimenticato un caricabatterie, e Simone mi ha chiamato dicendomi che sarebbe stato vicino casa mia (Roma) e me lo avrebbe reso. Piccolo aneddoto che conferma la gentilezza del proprietario.
