“I had a lovely stay at this apartment. My partner and I were delighted to find a fully stocked kitchen of utensils, pans, plates, and even some seasonings! The apartment feels quite cozy yet spacious for our needs. The property manager was always available if we needed them. The tv, couch, and bedroom were wonderful.”

“Jennifer’s rental is conveniently located in the Federal Hill neighborhood. with so many restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean, check in was easy and communication was great. Federal Hill is our favorite area in Providence and we highly recommend Jennifer’s place. We hope to be back!”

“Second time we’ve stayed at one of Jennifer’s properties and they never disappoint. Apartments are clean, spacious, well equipped, and in the perfect location for us. Balcony has great view and nicely furnished. Very easy to access and while we didn’t need to park this time, that’s a huge bonus in Providence! We did have upstairs neighbors for part of our stay but hardly noticed as tenants observe the noise rules. Jennifer is very good at communicating/answering questions before and during……

“The location is stunning with views from the terrace across the Lake and down on the lovely hillside village of Nesso. We had a great 3 week stay in the quirky house, where Mira the house manager was more than helpful and available if required. The house is well equipped if you choose to cook, though we didn’t. “We were there for my daughter's wedding. All 7 of my granddaughters came to get ready! The apartment was clean well stocked with towels and linens for us all! “We had a great weekend at Jennifer’s apartment in Providence. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the communication with Jennifer was excellent. Great location, with several local restaurants down the street and downtown Providence just about a mile away. Highly recommended.”

Pity, pity, pity~

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
