“We enjoyed our stay at this property. The decor was lovely, kitchen and home well stocked, and everything very thoughtfully designed for a family to enjoy. ”

“This property exceeded all expectations and is reasonably priced. The location on the lake is provides privacy and is ideal for swimming or boating. All amenities were in working order and the house was stocked with everything you needed. The deck area is situated to host a large group comfortably and all furniture is modern and comfortable. Genevieve is an awesome host!”

“We stayed here with 6 adults for a ski trip. The home had a great location - private and quiet with beautiful views of the woods (saw lots of deer!) but still close to the slopes and downtown. The house itself was very nice with an excellent layout. Extremely clean and owner provided all the amenities you could need. They even left wine for us! We were very impressed and will definitely stay here again.”

“Communication with owner was fantastic. Our grandkids loved the pond, fire pit and screen room. Very well equipped kitchen. Stove and refrigerator were excellent. Really nice country setting with spacious porch and excellent grill. Convenient to Olean and Cuba Lake. We do wish that at least one BR had a queen bed, but that wouldn't keep us from returning. ”

“This house was perfect for our yearly family vacation. It was beautiful with amazing updates and secluded just like we prefer. There was plenty of room for the kids to run free and even a cute, new little playground. The location was great with all the places we wanted to visit 15 mins - 2 hrs away. We loved being able to see the Amish every day and even visit their bake sales every Saturday too. Our host was amazing and so communicative. Thank you!”
