“Great property for visiting Ulysses and surrounding areas.”

“This was our second stay at the property and we would come back again. Easy check-in, plenty of room for our family inside and out, well-equipped kitchen, super charming and clean interior, and a perfect location on Cuba Lake. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, sitting by the fire, and playing games. A very quick drive to Cuba made shopping and dining easy. A great place to make family memories!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 3-acre lodge, locasted near the small town of Coudersport. Communications with the owner were easy, cheerful and informative. Check-in was simple, and there was ample parking for several cars. The house was neat and very clean. The living room is comfortable with a large flat screen television. The living room also has a gas heater and we were a bit skeptical it would heat the entire hourse, but were pleasantly surprised that during the chilly nights of our……

“Great stay, great porch, great property. We enjoyed the pond and hanging out by the fire pit. We even saw some neighbors 4th of July fireworks over the hill. Overall we enjoyed our rustic 4th of July extended family vacation.”

“This property exceeded all expectations and is reasonably priced. The location on the lake is provides privacy and is ideal for swimming or boating. All amenities were in working order and the house was stocked with everything you needed. The deck area is situated to host a large group comfortably and all furniture is modern and comfortable. Genevieve is an awesome host!”

“Thank you, Kelly, for hosting us! Your home is beautiful, clean, comfortable, easy to find and a short drive to the Cherry Springs public observation area. We enjoyed stargazing in our beach chairs (easier on the neck and more comfortable than the ground) and I photographed the Milky Way. I really enjoyed the BOSE radio/CD player in the kitchen. Just like home!! ”

Really nice country setting with spacious porch and excellent grill. Convenient to Olean and Cuba Lake. We do wish that at least one BR had a queen bed, but that wouldn't keep us from returning. ”
