“This property was very comfortable and homey, and the amenities were as described. The view was fantastic and in a very peaceful setting. The location was perfect, very easy to get into town. I would highly recommend this property if youre looking to get away from the hustle and bustle! ”

“The Rich Valley Estate is a huge beautiful home on 338 acres. As an avid hiker this was perfect to be able to have peace and serenity for a long weekend away. I was able to enjoy the private trails, stream, and forest all to myself! I can really see the potential of this place. With such a large home it can fit your whole family and then some, just yourself, or a couple wanting to get away. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 3-acre lodge, locasted near the small town of Coudersport. Communications with the owner were easy, cheerful and informative. Check-in was simple, and there was ample parking for several cars. The house was neat and very clean. The living room is comfortable with a large flat screen television.
