“We had to find a place for my family to meet and stay while attending my father's funeral. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Loved the modern feel of the home amid the quiet, peaceful outdoors. The large accommodations allowed us to meet as one family and have moments of sharing, reflecting, laughing, and crying together. The house made a sad time a little bit better. Highly recommend.”

“Second time this year staying at this cabin by the stream, love how relaxing it is. Perfect getaway for myself, husband and our pups. Brought the 6 year old grandson along this time. We explored the area, played in the creek, saw the Kinzua Bridge, and sat by the fire enjoying the starry sky at night. Will definitely be returning. Grandson gives it 600 stars 😀.”

“What a gem! The house is extremely well kept, clean, and full of activities. There's board games, books, and a whole astronomy section, including binoculars!We were here for a quick getaway, with hopes of seeing the planetary parade from the stargazing field. We got lucky, and Mother Nature cleared the skies for a few hours. Absolutely amazing!The host, Chris, was friendly and full of great advice. This was our first VRBO experience: it won't be our last. “We loved the cabin. Stayed there 2 nights. We were impressed by the clean and comfortable furniture and the tasteful decor. The mattress in the main bedroom is very comfortable, and sits atop an ergomotion adjustable platform. There was a power outage the first night, for 4 hours. We were glad we’d brought flashlights and candles/lighters. There is no ATT cell service.”

“Communication and cleanliness was great. Neighborhood was quiet. Enjoyed Nan's Diner for breakfast, Rich Valley Wines for the evening, and Pizza Palace for a yummy quick meal. Great location not far from the Elk. Enjoyed a Bald Eagle, Porcupine, and deer also. Enjoyed the stars also. Perfect location to see it all. quiet. Enjoyed breakfast , rich valley wines”

“Went for a weekend get away for my son’s 23rd birthday. Had a few issues the first night, which encapsulated much of my time, and was unable ti visit and relax with my family. The listed basketball game had four deflated balls, we pumped them up but they immediately deflated. The hot tub temp was set to 65degrees and took almost the entire night to warm up, so needless to say, we were unable to use that. The master shower tub would not drain after a short shower, which somehow ended up backing……

“The Rich Valley Estate is a huge beautiful home on 338 acres. As an avid hiker this was perfect to be able to have peace and serenity for a long weekend away. I was able to enjoy the private trails, stream, and forest all to myself! I can really see the potential of this place. With such a large home it can fit your whole family and then some, just yourself, or a couple wanting to get away. It has an upscale feel with old world charm and custom woodwork and details that you won't find……

“My daughter, son, and I stayed for 4 nights while we were visiting the area for hunting. The place was plenty large enough, clean, warm, and nicely furnished. The kids and I also enjoyed the large selection of board games. We look forward to staying here again in the future. ”
