“This house was perfect for our retreat, a group of six. We each had our own room, the house and neighborhood was quiet. We had a great time reading and socializing. The road was a little tricky because of ice, but ultimately not an issue. Thanks for a wonderful stay! ”

“Awesome house, only issue was cleanliness of the coffee cups. Most of them looked dirty. Other than that we would definitely rent the home again. I have family and friends who are interested in renting it in the future. Also, lots of food items opened (like sugar, spices) I wouldn't use something that is already opened.”

“The Rich Valley Estate is a huge beautiful home on 338 acres. As an avid hiker this was perfect to be able to have peace and serenity for a long weekend away. I was able to enjoy the private trails, stream, and forest all to myself! I can really see the potential of this place. With such a large home it can fit your whole family and then some, just yourself, or a couple wanting to get away. It has an upscale feel with old world charm and custom woodwork and details that you won't find……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 3-acre lodge, locasted near the small town of Coudersport. Communications with the owner were easy, cheerful and informative. Check-in was simple, and there was ample parking for several cars. The house was neat and very clean. The living room is comfortable with a large flat screen television.
