“The house is huge and a maze and we all enjoyed it. Pretty much in a dead zone for cell service but the wifi kind of helped. We all enjoyed our stay. Do recommend! ”

The mattress in the main bedroom is very comfortable, and sits atop an ergomotion adjustable platform. There was a power outage the first night, for 4 hours. We were glad we’d brought flashlights and candles/lighters. There is no ATT cell service.”

“The Rich Valley Estate is a huge beautiful home on 338 acres. As an avid hiker this was perfect to be able to have peace and serenity for a long weekend away. I was able to enjoy the private trails, stream, and forest all to myself! I can really see the potential of this place. With such a large home it can fit your whole family and then some, just yourself, or a couple wanting to get away. It has an upscale feel with old world charm and custom woodwork and details that you won't find……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 3-acre lodge, locasted near the small town of Coudersport. Communications with the owner were easy, cheerful and informative. Check-in was simple, and there was ample parking for several cars. The house was neat and very clean. The living room is comfortable with a large flat screen television. My only advice is if you are traveling with anyone having mobility issues that 3 of the 4 bedrooms and the washer & dryer are upstairs. We loved our stay.”
