“The owner, Ryan met us upon arrival to go Over the place. He gave us some extra perks I’m not at liberty to say what however. The restaurant below is very good. Both Ryan and his wife, Kelly, are very nice and friendly. We only ate downstairs once but only bc we left to fish before they open and didn’t get back until after they were closed. 5 star property.”

“Perfect location to all the surrounding areas. This little place had everything you need and the bed was so cozy. We ate at the beefeaters ,which is walkable from here, recommend the prime rib. The only thing is if you can’t do steps, there are steep steps to get to the apt. Thanks Jonathan for sharing your space with us!”

I did not answer the question regarding the property manager as we did not speak or meet with him, nor was there any reason to do so. “This house is in a terrific location and is very clean. Beds were comfortable. Roomy and spacious. On top of the regular price, we paid a pet fee, an optional linen fee and a "service fee." We also had directions to leave the place how we found it, even to drive the garbage to a nearby dumpster off the property. I am okay with this policy, but not if they are also going to charge a "service fee." That is my only complaint. And the lock was hard to open, but they did warn us about that.……

“It was wonderful!!!! Felt like we lived there so comfortable and quiet so welcoming as soon as you entered the door. Host was very accommodating to our emails and request very pleasant felt like I knew her !!! Just a short distance from cherry springs state park, but honestly the stars from the deck were spectacular.!!!! Love Love Loved it here !!!!! Can feed the fish in the pond too they provide food..so fun !! I could keep going and going Great Place !!!!”
