“The property itself was excellent, cozy, clean, comfortable. We enjoyed being there. I did not answer the question regarding the property manager as we did not speak or meet with him, nor was there any reason to do so. The conversation with the property owner answered all our questions, and resolved the misunderstanding completely. “the stay was good... the only issue was the people staying upstairs, they were very loud, obnoxious and kept stomping at all hours... that wasn't the property owners fault... it does say there is a washer and drier as assn amenity... but it wasn't accessible”
