“Very very nice place, location and people. Owners are extremely helpful wiyh questions, explicit direction on camp opening. Closing and things needed to know. Very comfortable and RELAXING. if i could give them 100 stars i would. ”

“Older home with typical quirks of a home this age. Well stocked kitchen. Mattresses were fair- not old, just cheap. Be ready to climb to get into the house. House on a Hill is literal. ”

“Awesome house, only issue was cleanliness of the coffee cups. Most of them looked dirty. Other than that we would definitely rent the home again. I have family and friends who are interested in renting it in the future. Also, lots of food items opened (like sugar, spices) I wouldn't use something that is already opened.”

Location is perfect, secluded enough to enjoy the quiet/ peacefulness of the woods, yet close to everything we love to do in Potter County (esp Lyman Lake & Cherry Springs) Cabin itself was clean & comfortable, more than enough room for family of 4. “Communication and cleanliness was great. Neighborhood was quiet. Enjoyed Nan's Diner for breakfast, Rich Valley Wines for the evening, and Pizza Palace for a yummy quick meal. Great location not far from the Elk. Enjoyed a Bald Eagle, Porcupine, and deer also. Enjoyed the stars also. Perfect location to see it all. quiet. Enjoyed breakfast , rich valley wines”

“Super fun getaway cabin! Very neat and cozy and the host is very responsive and helpful.The night sky is beautiful! The only down side was that not all data plans have cell service out here (Verizon worked fine but T-Mobile had low to no signal). ”

“This was such a lovely place to stay. Instructions were clear, checking in a breeze, and being greeted with a 2 liter of soda and homemade cupcakes was a real treat. The kitchen was well stocked, including condiments and several frozen pizzas and pot pies were available. I love that there wasn’t a cumbersome list of check-out chores. Richard is a great, thoughtful host who labeled all of the cabinets so everything was easy to find. Thanks to his bin of children’s toys, we made some unexpected……
