“We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. It was a luxurious getaway in the beautiful setting of Carlton Landing. Lots of space and great main living/kitchen area. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials, but if you were planning to make a larger meal (big bbq), you might be a little hard pressed for serving dishes/utensils. There were very few kitchen wash clothes or towels, so I would recommend bringing a few of your own if you plan on using the kitchen much. We had……

“My excitement about being waterfront for our Eufaula fishing weekend came to a screeching halt when we arrived at the home and began realizing the issues with its current condition. The floor has soft spots everywhere and the refrigerator looks like it is getting ready to fall through the floor. One of the bed frame posts already has fallen through. “The property was perfect for our quick getaway. Everything you needed was supplied. The beds were very comfortable, and we really enjoyed sitting on the rocks around the outside fire cooking smores and enjoying conversations. We will definitely be returning to enjoy the house in the future. Hopefully to stay a little longer. My only recommendation would be to turn the hot water heater level up because the water was not very hot. ”
