“We enjoyed our stay at Theresa's Cozy Cottage. It was perfect for my wife and I as we were passing through for the night. It was very clean and we were very comfortable. Perfect for couples or solo travelers. Would stay here again when we're back in the area. ”

“We stayed at this location to celebrate my wife’s doctorate graduation from TTU with family and we had a wonderful stay. The owner was attentive to our needs l, for example, the propane for the grill was out and she delivered a new one within an hour. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 10. Would recommend this location when visiting Lubbock. ”

“We enjoyed our stay! House was clean and comfortable. ”

“We nabbed this property in February for Tech graduation. Unbelievable price so our expectations were low. The owner was great to work with. We had trouble finding the property (typo in listing) and things in the house and she responded immediately.The property is very old and we felt like we had to wash dishes and pots before using. But beds were comfy and we enjoyed being together in one space. We enjoyed the pool table.”

“We were so excited to try this new place. We will not recommend it to anyone. Here were the issues: 1. We never received the email with check-in info. I emailed requesting it, no response. We did not have a number until we arrived and another guest had the owner’s number. 2. VRBO states the site has a hot tub. Nope. 3. Pets are welcome, but there is not a place to walk them that is not covered in stickers. 4. The day we were checking out, the water shut off at 10:15 a.m. 5. The email I……
