“It is a very nice upstairs apartment right off the Main Street close to grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities The pictures of the inside are very accurate. Very comfortable stay and clean i would stay again if in the area. ”

“Our family of 4 used this as a base for our visit to Arches and Canyonlands. The property, location, and communication were all excellent. There was lots of room for luggage/bikes in the foyer, which was a big plus. ”

“We truly enjoyed this little oasis. It was clean and had plenty of room for our family. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and laundry was helpful. The property is only ten minutes from Arches and twenty-five from Canyonlands. We would stay here again. ”

“Awesome place to stay. Photos don’t give an accurate view of the property as it is much nicer than photos show. Access to pool was great for hot afternoons. Great proximity to the parks and shopping. Hosts gave excellent food recommendations. ”

“The Good: great location, amazing pool, and good unit layout. The Bad: Very soft beds that we did not enjoy. Kitchen is very minimally stock. Limited pots and pans. No extras like spices or other nice to haves. So make sure to bring all your own kitchen stuff if you plan to cook. ”

“This is a very nice place and space, particularly for 2 couples. It is right off the main street, so everything in downtown Moab is within walking distance. Yet, this is on a quiet side street tucked away from the tourist crowds.The kitchen was devoid of basic cooking supplies (oil, sugar, flour, etc.) or spices (except for salt and pepper), so plan accordingly.”

“It was a nice stay and relatively close to many outdoor activities. The main issue I had with the property was that there was no dresser in our room. We had to live out of our suitcases. It's a pretty good property, if you enjoy living out of your suitcase.”

“The inside was very clean! The outside patios need work and also cleaning up. We swept it and turned the mat over and cut the strings hanging off of it. The windows should be washed. It was great having a washer and drier. The location was convenient. The garage was a nice benefit. And it was nice and quiet!!”
