“This was our second time staying at Kokopelli West since 2018. Nicely upgraded renovations with kitchen allowing us to cook meals instead of going out. Cass was great, very communicative and even let us know the property was ready for early check in. Highly recommend especially for families.”

“This was a super nice, brand new property. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom also has a loft with two additional beds for a small or flexible person. Really an ideal arrangement for Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, and a couple kids. I think we were the first people to ever stay in the unit. “Very nice & clean! Rooms were comfy. We had plenty of room for our family. We will stay here again when we visit Moab.”

“Love the look and location. There were a few small issues that could make this a five star review. Main heat and air controlled in the downstairs unit. Not enough light in bathrooms, hot tub was sketchy. But it was overall a nice place to stay. ”

“We ended our road trip visiting the Mighty Five, and it was the perfect place to cap off the adventure! The location is fabulous, the place is so so so nice, the neighborhood quiet & well kept up. I wish we could have stayed there longer! Especially nice was the proximity to Arches National Park.”

“The property was perfect for a secluded retreat. We were just looking to escape a busy world for a few days and found serenity here. It was just my husband and I but the home can certainly accommodate the whole family. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our favorites. The surrounding landscape is stunning. We will certainly rent this again in the future. ”

“My husband and I stayed for 4 nights to explore the national parks and we had an excellent stay. Our cabin was clean and organized. “House was in a fantastic location, can't beat it. Easy access to everything that you need. Worked great for 6 of us traveling together, plenty of room. Would've liked more linen options. Four of us were sharing the main bathroom and there were only two wash cloths and barely enough towels. Only 4 pool/hot tub towels too, so if you have a big group keep that on mind. “Very nice property. the only complaints would be the trash was not emptied prior to arrival and i wish the communication was a little better telling us you cannot keep your licensed street legal ATV's on sight in the community at all.( a little surprised since this town is very much about off-roading) Don at the storage lot down the road was very helpful making accommodations for us though. Other than that this place was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. ”
