“House was adorable and well kept! Got warm upstairs and no screen in the upstairs bedroom window. Location close to downtown and highway which is convenient but there is a train about two blocks away that ran throughout the night.”

“Paschal was very nice and professional and I didn’t have to wait a long time for a response. The house satisfied all of our basic needs and I liked that it had a very long driveway because we were there to visit our family and we had plenty of room for them to park in the driveway because there was no parking on the streets. If I had to mention anything, it would be that there was no garage opener for the garage so it was a little inconvenient coming in and out, you couldn’t really enjoy the……

“For the past 40 years we have been driving from the Cleveland Area and visiting my sister's farm in Arcanum. I grew up going to this farm and it was like my own. When my sister (who is 13 years older than me) had to move to a retirement home it was devastating to think we could no longer come to the farm when we visit family as her grandson's family now lives there. But the Miami Pearl Home was to be our new normal and it was perfect for our family. Only 15 minutes to the farm we took to it……

“The house was clean and in a great location! The host was super friendly and answered any questions promptly- the host also made sure we had parking during a festival that was going on! ”

The house was perfect for everything from a down time place to chill to the place were we could steam dresses, prepare desserts, and walk to after partying a little too hard at the reception. The house is gorgeous, huge bedrooms, and has all the essentials. The bride loved the huge soaker tub to relax the night before. Would highly recommend this house and hostess ”

“My family and I enjoyed our stay. The 7 of us (6 adults and 1 infant) had ample room. The accommodations are lovely and clean. The location is great with many different food options nearby and ease of access to nearby Dayton. My only critique would be to consider adding small smart TVS to the bedrooms (or at least the master). Thank you.”
