“The Chocolate Factory is a beautiful building with an interesting history. The listed apartment is large and wonderfully furnished. A slightly larger kitchenette would be nice, but everything worked out. The town is pretty and friendly, with many destinations within walking distance, though sidewalks left something to be desired on some streets.Our stay was cut short by a double booking, but our host was apologetic and very helpful. We hope to be able to stay again in the future.”

Meticulous.The kitchen has everything ( more than my own) that you will need to enjoy preparing a family dinners!Every bedroom is unique and travels back in time!My guests were very comfortable. The owners have done an outstanding restoration to this beautiful home and property. The cottage is equally as lovely with two bedrooms, kitchen and bath. Great game room and a very special living area to enjoy a book and bourbon.Perfect home……

“This stunning cabin, has everything you will need, amazing host and a lot of privacy. The garden is a serene oasis, perfect for morning coffee. Kudos to our host for maintaining it so beautifully.The indoor plants added freshness to the cabin that gives additional feel like home experience. Joe was very kind , and very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in and check-out instructions were detailed and very helpful. Communication was seamless from start to finish.We had wonderful stay.”

“I can't say enough good things about this home or it's host. My husband and I, two adult children and future son-in-law came to stay and visit with my ailing mother. The master on main and elevator were key for someone with her limited mobility and it's a great way to get your things easily to any floor. Beautiful inside and out, cozy and warm (it was winter, and it snowed), and the decor was stunning. Everyone had their own space and bath and the living and kitchen space with the two-sided……

“It was wonderful - my mom (90), her three adult children and our 7 adult children with their spouses and significant others (not all stayed in the house as several were local to the area) - 10 of us actually stayed slept in the house - - birthday part was also attended by several of my Mom's great grandchildren, and other local relatives - the space was awesome for my family - the combination of the open living space and the great outdoor areas (along with really great fall weather) made it……

“As two people of color , me and my girlfriend enjoyed this place so much. It was a small and quiet town next to a creek, the locals were super friendly, our host even more friendly, and the property is about 8 acres in total so it’s great for exploring or bringing a pet. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back here soon! Ceilings are a little low though, probably not ideal for anyone 6”3 and taller.”

“The house itself was spatious and worked well for the 9 of us. The bedrooms were good sized. It was great to have three bathrooms as well. The outside deck was great! The host was great to work with and addressed our concerns about cleanliness immediately. ”
