“Everyone was friendly. I had a problem with my Expedia account and the person on duty was very helpful and patient. The room was clean and comfortable. I work night shift when in town and never once was I disturbed by anything going on. ”

“Charming 1800's style building. With large windows. The floors are a bit noisy when walking on them. The light swit switches could be there viewable. None of the hall lights were on upon arrival, a suggestion would be dimmer switches and LED bulbs if cost of electric is an issue. There is no actual 'breakfast". the buffet serving cabinet has muffins breakfast bar and a Keurig machine for coffee with mini creamer.”

“Quiet rooms ”

“We booked this location for a quick anniversary trip, and it was just perfect. We normally go for remote cabins, but we liked the updated styling of this property. Thankfully, the neighborhood was very quiet, and we still felt like we had our own little space. We found some very nice hiking trails nearby and restaurants were very affordable. There were several little things the owners did well - plenty of towels, open floor plan, comfy beds. Definitely would stay again!”

“This was our second time staying at this lovely house, and we had another great experience over the July 4th weekend! The home is nice and comfortable, with a big yard that’s perfect for the kids to run around and play. We enjoyed outdoor activities and had a fun BBQ with family and friends. It’s a wonderful place to relax and celebrate the holiday. Highly recommended!”

“The house is clean and simple. The kitchen was easy to navigate, plenty of items to use for cooking meals. The curtains are sheer, which is lovely as long as you don't need a dark room to sleep.The only downfall is route 183 is a very busy road, which of course leads to noisy nights. So if you need quietness to sleep earplugs or a sound machine will be a good idea to tuck in the suitcase. A nice touch was the milk and bakery item greeting us when we entered. “My wife and I have passed at AOAA and have stayed in multiple places nearby, but for AOAA, nearby is half an hour or more! This place is 13 minutes from AOAA, out in a beautiful wooded area with a pond, has a nice long driveway to fit my trailer, and is very well kept. The host was very responsive with my few questions. The place is all I could ask for and then some! This has become our new go-to place for our weekend getaways to ride AOAA!”
