“This property was absolutely gorgeous, the room was spotless, amenities exactly as advertised, and staff were so friendly and helpful. However, there was no soap or sponge to wash their dishes, detergent to run the dishwasher or laundry, and for three people we did not receive a blanket for the person staying on the couch and only one washcloth. When I emailed requesting these items, I received no response. Would definitely recommend the property, but you do need to pack EVERYTHING”

“The property was horrible! From check in to check out. Dirty. Remotes with no batteries or backs. Missing floorboards. A lizard in our bathroom, which we trapped under a trashcan and asked them to have maintenance come remove it but it was NEVER removed. “We arrived at dusk on a stormy Saturday, and it was difficult to get down the side yard into the apartment. The pavers are not equally spaced or necessarily level (would be difficult to do these things), and we struggled to get down the probably 20 steps in the pouring rain.
