“Took my boys there for fall break and we loved every minute. First time at Cedar Creek Lake and the location was great; prime spot on the lake, yet a short drive to town in case you needed anything or wanted to eat out (not that you have a reason to). The property was amazing, clean, cozy, charming, and had everything you needed. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. The kayaks added to the fun on the lake. The next time we head over to Cedar Creek lake, this will be the first property to check……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Loved the peace and quite! The place was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. We cooked our own food and everything you need is there utensil wise. The wife and I have always wanted to move to the country and for us this little place provides an awesome taste of that. We will definitely rent again!”

“This was an excellent property for our family gathering. The house has great views of the lake and a large back yard with a fire pit. The house has an open design and this allowed all of our guests to visit while some cooked. There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and a bunk house, so we had many good options for sleeping. “We enjoyed our visit. Home is well equipped and was clean. Manager was very receptive. Has plenty of cooking equipment. Has a grill, but we didn't use it. The only issue, and it's not the owner's fault, but we brought our dogs, and the dogs across the road were running loose almost the whole time, so we had to keep our dogs on the deck whenever we were outside. Lots of loose dogs in the area made it difficult to walk the dogs as well. That said, I would recommend the property, just keep an eye……

“We had an amazing Christmas at this beautiful property. The owners/property manager were beyond helpful and kind - even having a Christmas tree assembled for us. Check in and out were exceptionally easy. This property easily can host parties of 10 with enough sleeping spaces and bathrooms so everyone has room for solitude as well as group time. “We were looking for a place close to Dallas that would allow us to have a small place that would be kayak accessible. We found this location to be surprisingly quiet even though it has close neighbors and access to Cedar Creek Lake was easy right off the end of the property. We used our own kayaks although the host has boats available for guests. We also found a remarkable restaurant only miles from the cabin for a special anniversary dinner.”
