“房間很大，床很舒服，沙發椅配合桌子看電腦很方便。 飯店沒有提供瓶裝水，但可以請櫃檯人員裝水或去健身房取水。 入住提供的甜點兌換券必須先在google評論五顆星才可以兌換，甜點給的份量很大足夠兩個人吃。 健身房乾淨不擁擠。 游泳池的浴巾有腳臭味道，廁所浴室都只有一間，無置物架。 服務人員態度親切。 入住時候要提供押金。 頂樓是看日落和夜景的好地方 ”

“Property is right on the river. Great security, food options close by and just across the bridge from Rockwell/Makati. Great to have that local feel around the area and still staying in a fantastic hotel. ”

“飯店的Wi-Fi在房間根本就不太能用，只有在房間外才有好的收訊”

“The property is okay. It is advertised with "fast Wi-Fi connection" but we can't even use the WiFi when we were staying there. We booked the place cause it was the hotel nearest to the place we are visiting and it we need the fast internet connection. We called the front desk to report the issue, they mentioned they will try to do something to fix it. After an hour, still can't use the WiFi. Then the front desk staff mentioned, that we should be reminded that the WiFi is just a complimentary and……

“Room 1615. Room door unable to lock. Told the receptionist to fix it but turns out nothing improved during my stay. So I stayed for 4 nights and the door was always unlocked when I slept. ”

“離Greenbelt不算太遠”

“雖然住宿環境有點吵雜，房間設備有些不足，游泳池有點小，飯店人員服務態度很棒～～這裡叫Grab 很容易，走遠一點可以到傳統市場和shopping mall，一樓有免費飲料可以喝，附近夜生活豐富，但飯店周遭的安全度也不錯。重點是雨季不會淹水!!!這很重要，因為我們遇上了凱米颱風，附近的縣市都淹水了，但這條大路地勢較高，沒有淹到，這在雨季是重點唷！”

“這次選擇住U HOTELS MAKATI三晚，總體來說是不錯的體驗，床很好睡，附近有很便宜的Nuai Thai 連續按了兩天，很多餐廳。但是外面就是大馬路，其實有點吵，還有浴室地板太滑了，其餘都很好。”

“交通便利，楼下餐厅很多，附近都有很好的安全感，晚上10点多转转，也很好。 房间大，设备比大陆要老旧许多，但是感觉比较干净。 去购物，有大shopping center，缓缓的走过去15分钟。商务旅行都合适。”

“Enjoyed my stay”

“They let us fooled not to give any receipt after i booked online for reservation at hotel.com and the manager collecting us in cash when we arrived and so much promising to give a receipt after receiving money in cash.however, we been waiting for 2days and the manager just hid and didn't shown from us until we check out. Our stay wasn't good. We just sick and tired talking to the manager and the owner. ”

“Room was very small . Not much space to open luggage. We saw a big cockroach. The towels are dirty . The female staff in morning wasn't friendly. Location is good to experience nighife . ”

“壞處：房間有很多曱甴，每晚需要捉5-8隻。枕頭袋有污漬，還好我們自己帶了一次性枕頭套和床單。 好處：職員態度不錯，另外行6-10分鐘有食肆(Jolibee/McDonald's/Wendy/Burger King)、小型商場(Central City Mall)，商場內有超級市場Market Place。”
