“Overall this was an ideal property that was a good fit for our needs. Stayed 5 nights. Only very minor issue was coming in from the north entrance of the road. Road is marked private drive which can be bit misleading. Overall fairly quiet neighborhood as well with plenty of wildlife inc deer around.”

“We loved this place. It was so quiet and there was so much to do despite it raining most of our stay. Our hike to the waterfall was lovely. There are beautiful fish in the lake. The kids loved the game room! Adults loved the hot tub! We would definitely stay again!”

“We used this place when our son played baseball in Cooperstown. Though it was an hour away from Cooperstown, it was an easy drive and a great property. Seeing the cows in the front yard one day was a funny surprise - they had gotten out from the nearby farm :). The fly fishing was fun to watch. The A/C units in the upstairs worked great. I would have liked more wash cloths for the shower, but there were plenty of towels. The laundry was excellent to have. It was a wonderful place for 4 adults……

“Well maintained rental in a beautiful location. The listing and photos were very accurate. I had a nice time enjoying birds, small wildlife and even a young black bear on the grounds. Short drive to stores, hiking spots and interesting outdoor art exhibitions. I booked this location by accident and have absolutely no regrets. “This property was amazing for our extended family stay. There was plenty of space to stretch out and do your own thing and then come together for meals. Kitchen was ample size to be able to cook for our large party. Paddle boards and kayaks were a great addition and lots of fish were caught. Would definitely recomment this for your extended families stay! ”
