“Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience.
Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also……

“The Tribu Malasana is clean, modern and centrally located. I requested a quiet room w a view and got one.🙂You have convenient kitchenette w, sink, frdge, microwave and even stove top. There's a couch, as well. We stayed for 7 days so perfect. Centrally located to most sites on foot. I would stay there again. “The shower cube in the room that we were assigned to on the first night is very tiny, in fact one of the smallest I have ever seen in all the hotels i've stayed around the world, you can barely turn and wash your body, water would overflow out of the shower cube and half of the washroom floor was wet.
After reflecting to the customer service, we were reassigned to another room with a bigger shower cube, its spacious however hot water can only run for a short period, about 5-8 minutes.

“This is a well organized, dependable and responsive property. We were able to store our luggage in easy to access and secure lockers. The electronic access and keys on phone app made us feel very secure. We ran out of bathroom tissue and we received a delivery within 10 minutes of texting the on-line reception. “가격대는 좀 비쌌지만 솔광장, 마요르광장,시장, 아토차역 등 관광지가 전부 도보권이예요
위치는 강추합니다
그런데 청소상태가 아주 깨끗하지는 않았어요 곳곳에 머리카락 발견, 개미도 한마리 보았구요 특히 맞은편이 클럽이라 수요일부터 금요일까지는 잠을 좀 설쳤습니다.
청소한다고 노크 후 바로 문을 벌컥 열고 들어와 놀라기도 했어요.
하지만 물,커피,티슈.타월 등 청소시 요청하면 바로 보충해주었고 룸클리닝은 매일 이루어졌으며 청소는 아주 완벽하진 않지만 깨끗하게 정돈 해주었습니다.
특히 세탁기 있는게 정말 좋았어요 사용법은 챗지피티한테 물어보세요
그래도 특별한 문제없이 5일 숙박했습니다.
위치 때문에 일단 추천합니다”

"Hotel Regina in Madrid is in central downtown area. Very convenient for travellers and sightseeing. Lots of restaurants nearby and only 10-15 minutes walk from main shopping streets. It’s also near the Sol square with about 5 mins walk. I would no doubt stay again in this hotel if I visit the capital again."
