“Everything was just perfect. Even though I arrived around 13:00 I was allowed to check-in early. The reception staff also let me borrow an umbrella to go out when it was raining. ”

“There was initial disagreement over how many rooms we had booked that would have been resolved quickly if a representative of the hotel were on premises. Host, who could be reached only by phone, insisted that AC worked in the hotel, when it did not. Once resolved, the AC stopped sometime in middle of night. On positive note, public spaces and guest rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is just steps from the ocean. Certainly not the fault of the hotel, but there is no Uber or……

“Everything was unique about Rinoterra. Starting with the Rinocerous figures found around the property and story that named the place. Staff was fantastic, we were treated so well that we felt we were the only guests at Rinoterra. Breakfast was superb. We only had dinner once and remember it well because it was excellent. ”
