The view of the capital building was a fun little plus. The lock box to get into the building was a bit difficult, but once inside it was fairly easy. Close walk to restaurants, bars, and parking garages. Would stay again. ”

“We had a great stay here. The host was very responsive and was willing to make some accomadations for us. House was clean and a nice space for multiple couples traveling for a weekend wedding.”

“There were several issues. The lock box with the keys couldn't be opened, no one knew the code. The automatic deadbolt lock wouldn't open with number pad and could not be fixed remotely. An employee came to building to help and had me download app and it worked but took over 2 hours to get things working and I was late to an engagement. The TV never worked even with texts and calls made to report it. I was told someone would be fixing that and the microwave but they never showed. ”

“The apartment is easy to check in and out and very clean. Quiet and cozy. Great location in downtown Des Moines. Easy walking distance to many key venues and to the beautiful State Capitol. Hosts are good with communication. Would stay here again. ”
