“I rented this cottage to bring my mom up to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. This was the perfect cottage for the weekend. Everything is beautiful and upscale and just so cute!! We loved the view of the stadium and loved being so close to my daughter’s sorority house that we could walk. This would be the perfect location for game day for sure!”

“Property was exactly as described with the ammenities anyone would need for a comfortable stay. The area is nice and quiet and the front porch is a bonus. Our host was quick to respond with questions I had and she was so helpful. ”

“This is a nice set up for family and/or friends. They did a nice job on the remodel. An early check-in and leisurely checkout was offered and the host was quick to respond to any questions. It’s nestled at the end of the street, so lots of privacy and very quiet. Would stay here again!”

“Wonderful, peaceful place. Everything you need is there! We enjoyed the Shepherd’s Loop Trail at Lake Fort Smith State Park which is just down the mountain/across the road from the property. Easily accessible to the state park. Bring in all your food and drinks. Nearest grocery store 20 miles away. ”

“Had a great visit, although it was short, but would definitely come back again! The house, even though it was older, was updated with many nice features. The only downside was the weather was colder , so we didn't get to enjoy the awesome porch/balcony!”

“Great location to check out campus with our family. Appreciated the clean and comfortable space. Only thing that should be addressed is master shower- the water wouldn’t get hot so we all used the smaller second bathroom for showering. ”
