“Property was exactly as described with the ammenities anyone would need for a comfortable stay. The area is nice and quiet and the front porch is a bonus. Our host was quick to respond with questions I had and she was so helpful. ”

Everything was perfect, furniture and beds comfy, kitchen was amazing & the delicious little treat from Rick's that was left for us in the fridge was just the cherry on top! “The property was in okay conditon but not 100% clean. There were beetles, earwigs, and the doors, windows, and bathroom could definitely use a coat of waterproof sealant to prevent water damage. It's cute as far as furniture and decorative touches. The main bedroom walk in closet is huge, but the bedrooom door sticks and will not close or latch. I would say it is a good value as to the nightly rate, but would be happier if it were a bit cleaner and without bugs. I would stay here again but……

“Great location to check out campus with our family. Appreciated the clean and comfortable space. Only thing that should be addressed is master shower- the water wouldn’t get hot so we all used the smaller second bathroom for showering. ”

“The home had everything we needed, including an easy short drive to the Walton Arts Center. Our only complaint was low water pressure in the bathrooms, which made showering a challenge. As two couples, we had to flip a coin to see who got the master bd with king bed and private bath vs who had to sleep in a queen with the bathroom accross the hall. We would stay there again.”
